Sales Coordinator
Job Description
Alkhomassia is looking for an active and well-organized Sales Coordinator with some accounting background, to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and managers alike, by keeping schedules, organizing and keeping documentation and information, and providing feedback.
The goal is to facilitate and document the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company through preparing POs, Invoices, and relevant documents, as well as entering the orders data to the operating system.

Role
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Preparing budgeting reports for each sales department by gathering the sales personals’ projected sales levels and expenses and recording the actual sales numbers and the sales personals’ actual expenses each year.
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Reports the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.

Job Requirements
- A College Degree from an accredited college or university is a must. (Accounting Degree is a plus).
- Preferably 1 - 2 years experience working in Marketing, Sales and Customer Service related positions.
- Fresh Graduates with great attitude and Eagerness to learn and willingness to add value, are also welcome to apply.
- Fluent in English (Spoken & Written).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook .
- Friendly, Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- A team player.
- Flexible and open minded for exploration of new fields of work.
- Works well under pressure with great attention to details.
